We weren’t even supposed to be here this week.  But look at this. It is January 18, 1 AM in the morning.  We started training this group yesterday.

We were supposed to be in Congo D.R. BUT

It was decided it was not safe to go there during elections so many went to work and in about a month put this together in Ethiopia.  And look at the turn out.  This is so exciting.  And we are already talking about a return trip to do a training in Ethiopian and another in Eritrean. They say they will have A LOT more in the next training.  God is working.  These are mainly young adults in their twenties and some in their thirties.

What can I say about Steve Holsinger.  He agreed to come on this trip with me. His wife Deanna helped with a lot of our arrangements.  Little did I know about his whole story.  He attended a Peace Treaty (Now, It’s All About Relationship) training I did 40 years ago.  Since then he has done IAAR with thousands.  He has made 100 plus mission trips.  He is head of a mission group working in South Sudan.  He has trained leaders there in IAAR and also in Russia and Ethiopia. While in Anchorage, Alaska he lead in the growth of the congregation there to about 2000 and that congregation had people from 42 different nations around the world.  He used and trained people there in IAAR.  It is amazing how I am just know coming to know him better and learn of his story.  He will be going to south Ethiopia this weekend to train people he has been working with there, and then meet Jackson and me in Nigeria as we start the training there.  God is moving folks.  Steve is committed to train as many as he can during the rest of his life.
He is an expert in this and it is great to have him on board with training thousands, tens of thousands in Relational Evangelism.
This training was possible thanks to a new friend in L.A., Berhane who is from Eritrea. He helped with the connections for this in Ethiopia. Then Able, the second from the right did a lot of the ground work in Addis Ababa.  He is the preacher where we are doing this training and the biggest portion of the people are from his congregation.  Then David, second from the left is from Houston.  He is an Ethiopian preacher there but is here for the training.  I meet with him and other Eritreans n September in San Diego.  Sammy is the man to far right.  He is Ethiopian and a pastor.  I met him while he was visiting Tucson, AZ two years ago.  God and these and other folks put this all together from 9000 miles apart.  What a blessing.  And they are EXCITED.
