President of South Sudan decrees division to create four more States that will lead to further chaos. No reasons were cited for president Kiir’s decision to create the new states. Kiir had just created 28 new states from the previous 7 that is a total of 32 states for an area the size of Texas. Furthermore, Kiir has fired the central bank president. – This greatly compromises stability.

In 1997, as a response to Sudans support for international terrorism, the President of the United States issued Executive Order 13067, which established a trade embargo and blocked the Government of Sudan’s assets. – Obama administration is seeking to ease this sanction in the final days. – This will cause further chaos.

Father we ask that your hand be firmly applied to the war wounds of south Sudan to stop the hemorrhage of life flowing out of this once promising country. We present before your royal throne the life of president Salva Kiir asking that your will be imposed in his life for your glory and the healing of the nation. We also ask that you come along side of Ryan and create healing in his body as a testimony to your ever presence and a witness of how you preserve your saints though faith. – In Jesus Name we pray –
