I tried to make that a witty title but feel like I failed.

We wanted to give you an update and some photos of what is going on in Descartes for us!

So far we’ve had some great conversations with visitors to our church services, but let’s take a step back from church services to make this statement-

We seek community. We seek life outside of Sunday at 5pm. We seek daily living with Jesus that makes a change in my life. Not because of what I do or what I believe but because God himself changes my life. 

God changes. God heals. My works do not but I must work toward change and healing. 

We’ve been blessed to see 3 repeat attenders to our church services who are searching for something and hope to start working with them soon on a personal level understanding biblical truth. 
We’ve been blessed to receive 3 repeat attenders who are already disciples. We would like for them to become involved in our ministries and begin to develop their own spiritual gifts to expand God’s kingdom in Descartes. 
We will not stop at 3. God is not content with 3 but he is happy when we pace ourselves in Him. We cannot rapidly push so that our wills will be done, but we must allow his will to be done. Thank you for joining with us in this Kingdom led culture shift.
