Night of Hope brings us together as we point to God’s blessings through the ministry of FAME, our partnerships around the world, and through YOU as we send help and hope. This special night will feature mission partners, a delicious buffet, auction items and a way to support two sustainable healthcare projects

FEATURED NIGHT OF HOPE PROJECTS

Good Shepherd Christian Hospital – Kasur, Pakistan

FAME is proud to partner with Dr. Saleem Massey and Naylah Saleem of Pakistan Evangelical Christian Services (PECS) to build a medical hospital in Kasur, Pakistan. The name of the ministry, Pakistan Evangelical Christian Services, paints the broad scope of their activities and programs: Christian education, healthcare, community development and social programs. In 2015, FAME entered into a partnership with PECS to help build the Good Shepherd Christian Hospital project in Kasur, Pakistan, on 5-acres of land.

This hospital will serve approximately 475,000 people in a 9-mile radius around Kasur. This rural community is made up of government servants, factory workers, shopkeepers, farm workers, traders, street vendors, and brick kiln workers. The people who live in this area are very poor with an average household income between $67-$85 per month. The ground breaking ceremony for the Good Shepherd Christian Hospital was held February 21, 2016, with more than 2,500 Muslims and Christians gathered in attendance. Construction on the compound wall began in 2015. The hospital will be a great addition to serve and reach many in the community.

Medical Hospital, Satilla, Mexico

FAME is happy to be partnering with Dr. Esly and Dr. Sandy Fuentes, of World Wide Hispanic Outreach, to build a medical hospital near Saltilla, Mexico. The name of the ministry, World Wide Hispanic Outreach, explains their focus exactly; to reach out to their brothers and sisters for Christ. The WWHO ministry began in the innercity of Saltillo and has grown to serve Mexico, the Caribbean, and the United States.

In 2006, FAME sent equipment and supplies for their ﬁrst clinic. In February of 2008, the Mexican government allowed the FAME medical supplies to cross the border. The clinic opened in February 2009, and serves the medical and dental needs of the rural farming village of, la Biznaga, and other surrounding villages, located southeast of Saltillo in the Sierra Madre Mountains. The government provided a pharmacy in the clinic in July, 2009. Dr. Esly and Dr. Sandy take care of many in several communities while sharing the great news of Jesus. The hospital will be a great addition to serve and impact many lives in these same areas.
