You’ll want to mark your calendars now and begin making plans to be a part of this important conference!
 

2016 ECC Is Shaping Up

   We’re excited to have excellent speakers and workshop presenters already lined up for this Fall’s Eastern Christian Conference. Our president is the Lead Pastor at First Church of Christ in Altoona, PA – John Collins. He has chosen Becoming: Living and Growing in the Fruit of the Spirit as his theme for the 2016 ECC. Many of our main sessions and workshops will be focused on helping us all to grow into the likeness of Christ and to work together in a way that pleases God..
   Additionally, this year’s theme aptly describes the ECC as a conference. With a rich history, the ECC finds itself in need of becoming more than it has been before to help stir cooperation and effectiveness among churches. We intend to explore more ways that the ECC can make a contribution to effective church work in the Northeast. We’re excited about this conference and we invite you to join us to be challenged by it.

   Once again, the ECC will be housed in the beautiful facility of the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center. Power and Associates – a prestigious award that acknowledges the property’s commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction. The Lodge works diligently with the ECC to keep housing costs reasonable. 2015 ECC @ ICOM Recap 
ECC Found A Great Partner With ICOM

   In 2015, the ECC combined with the International Conference on Missions, meeting in Richmond, Virginia. We found the ICOM to be a wonderful host, and the conference was full of challenging teaching. The ECC hosted a welcome booth near the entrance of the exhibit hall and enjoyed seeing so many friends from previous conferences. We also sponsored the President’s Reception early in the conference which featured an interview with Jim Tune, of Impact Canada and the 2015 ICOM President.
We are grateful for the ministry of ICOM, which will be meeting after the ECC in 2016 in Lexington, Kentucky.
