Yes, a FREE gift!  

 

On behalf of the staff at ICOM, we want to wish you the best as you serve around the world.  You are in our hearts and minds all year every year as we plan for future ICOM’s.  

 

This year, we really do have a free gift. Our friend, Darryl Nunnelley, the owner of the Hampton Inn Hotel in Winchester, 22 miles east of Lexington on Interstate 64, is offering FIFTY FREE hotel rooms during ICOM 2016. Daryl did this in 2010, and praise God he is doing it again!!  We are designating these free rooms for foreign field missionaries first.
Notes For Missionary Housing:

  1. These 50 rooms are for those serving in a foreign country.  You might be home on furlough, but if you serve outside of the US, then you qualify.
  2. All reservations must be made through the ICOM office: either Kelsey (kelsey@theicom.org) or Emily (emily@theicom.org)
  3. You will need to fill out a form and send it to the ICOM Office. (Make sure you receive back a confirmation email that we received your form!)  
  4. No transportation will be provided, you must provide your own.
  5. All “For Missionaries Only” activities and other pre-con events will take place at the Lexington Convention Center.
  6. Free parking.
  7. Free breakfast.  We are going to suggest a donation gift be given to the hotel. More about that later.
  8. These rooms are available for these nights: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights, Nov. 16-19, 2016.  Any other nights before or after will be at your own expense.
  9. Any forms turned into the Hampton Inn office will not be accepted.  These forms must be turned into the ICOM Office.

This Hampton Inn is on Exit 96 off I-64 East at
     1025 Early Drive
     Winchester, Ky, 40391

It is 22 miles east of the convention center, a 30 minute drive.  There is no need to contact them for registration purposes, they will be receiving registration information from the ICOM office.  Anything turned into the Hampton Inn hotel will not be used.  You MUST go through the ICOM office. These are on a first come first serve basis – starting with our missionaries serving in a foreign country.
