Sunday
Pray for our single team members, that they will continually fall more deeply in love with Christ. Pray for faithfulness in the spiritual disciplines that cultivate and deepen their relationship with Him.
Monday
Pray that they will develop healthy relationships with both married and single teammates. Pray for wisdom in knowing how to serve teammates with children.
Tuesday
Pray for appropriate relationships with nationals and also with other expatriates within their ministry environment.
Wednesday
Pray that their lives will not be characterized by loneliness. Pray for friends with whom they can speak openly, maintain spiritual accountability, and share the load when the tasks of daily life in a developing country feel like a heavy burden.
Thursday
Pray that they will find their places in family-centered cultures where singleness is not understood. Pray for grace and love in responding to frequent questions about their marital status.
Friday
Pray for satisfying relationships with family members back home. Pray for wisdom when facing difficult decisions about the care needs of aging parents.
Saturday
Pray for fruitfulness in ministry. Pray for boldness and clarity in sharing God’s Word in a language that they are still learning. Pray for the encouragement of seeing lives transformed by the message.
