Sunday
Our recruitment-oriented Discovery program begins next Sunday. Pray that participants will clearly see the needs of the world’s Bibleless people as well as their own potential for helping meet them.
Monday
Our Resource program, which offers continuing education for field personnel, takes place the following week. Pray that attendees will be encouraged and equipped as they learn from experienced teammates.
Tuesday
During both weeks we also offer classes and activities for the children and teens of current and future personnel. Pray that they will gain valuable skills and encouragement while forming friendships with others.
Wednesday
Our field directors’ forum begins tomorrow. Pray that this gathering of field and U.S.-based personnel will achieve its goal of equipping and encouraging these key leaders.
Thursday
Parents experience unique joys and concerns as they send their adult children to far-away places to serve the Bibleless. Pray that a seminar being held next Saturday will greatly encourage this special group of senders.
Friday
Our board of directors, which gives invaluable guidance to our ministry, will meet June 15-16. Pray for profitable discussions and wise decisions.
Saturday
Other events will occur throughout this month. Pray that every one will serve to help fulfill our vision of transformed lives through God’s Word in every language. |
