Parking for Columbus
The parking garages that are near the convention center are owned by the center and have set parking rates. The cost is $10 for the first day per space, and $18 for every day after that. 
 
RV’s
If you plan to come by RV, then your RV will be charged for how many spaces you use at the same rate that’s listed above.  $10 for the first day, $18 for every day thereafter, per day, per space.
 
Pre-Conference Activities——MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS!

• We are offering the same Pre-Con: For Missionaries Only!  Please register for this on pour website, so we can plan for the number of children and meals. Click here to read the details and register!!
• COMMUNITY HEALTH EVANGELISM (CHE)—this is a 2 full day activity, sponsored by FAME.  You can register for this on our website
• Leading a short term trip soon?  You need to participate in the SOE:”Standards Of Excellence” seminar.  This is normally $175, but those registered to attend ICOM can attend for only $50!  

ICOM Contracted Hotels
Please use the ICOM hotels!!  In order to get good rates on hotel rooms and also to secure meeting rooms for the conference, we contract with surrounding hotels years in advance. We know you can probably go online and get a cheaper price, but that hurts ICOM and ends up charging us a lot of money if we don’t fill up our block hotel rooms. That results in us raising prices for blocks of rooms each year, and we work really hard to keep our prices low for you!  We would ask that you please use the hotels we’ve worked with in Columbus! The picture to the left shows which hotels they are and where they’re located in relation to the convention center.
