Dennis and Lynn Free in Indonesia
 
We still expect to arrive in Atlanta on Monday (13th) late in the evening … almost mid-night.   Nothing else is unlikely to be changed in our schedule for the US.
 
Lynn will fly on Tuesday morning at 7.30 to Delaware to be with her critically ill mother.   Dennis will drive up to Delaware as soon as possible.
 
We have canceled the oncology appointment in Savannah.    
 
We still hope  to make the Directors’ meeting on the 24th and the speaking date at Millers Academy on the 26th, but everything  is dependent on developments  with Lynn’s mother.   We expect she will be moved to a hospice next week if possible.
 
Thank you for your prayers for her, Lynn,  Lynn’s sister and the family.   Pray especially for Bethany who would really like to see her grandmother, since she hasn’t seen her for five years.  Working out all the paperwork details so she could take the girls with her would be a nightmare, not to mention the cost of such travel.    Only one of the girls has the complete documents to be able to go at this time.   The two others need either an American or an Indonesian passport.   They must have both in good order before then can travel internationally.

 Ya’ll come! We are asking God to send English speakers who love Jesus and care for  people (especially lost people) to help us make contacts throughout the city of Ambon.   You could help with the pre-school programs,  English classes, communication sessions   at the American Corner at a local University, prayer walking, and through friendship.   Air fare is about $1800 (return).  Visa would be $25-50.   Living costs less than $30/day.    Come for a week, or better for a month, or three  … or a few years.  Great experience for College Students and a meaningful retirement activity for Seniors.   Contact us if you are interested.  We can give you plenty of meaningful things to do while you learn about and contribute to pioneer evangelism and church planting.   You can have an impact for the Gospel in the islands that Columbus never reached!
