For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ. II Corinthians 4:6

ICOM 2017

The International Conference on Missions (ICOM) is always a special time as we are able to share about Poland with attendees from all over the world. As you can see, we had quite a crew manning our booth this year. We are thankful that PCM and Proem can share a booth and serve alongside each other on behalf of God’s work in Poland.

ECC

The Eastern Christian Conference celebrated their 50th anniversary this year. It was good to be together to pray, worship, and seek God in His Word. As the theme reminded us, there is always “more to restore” so that the Church, the Bride of Christ, will be pure and spotless on that Day when Jesus returns.

PCM Fall Meeting

The PCM Board of Directors met in Rockville, MD, for their annual fall meeting. The Church of Christ at Manor Woods was our gracious host, providing space for the meetings and a wonderful dinner. PCM is thankful for these Board members who give of themselves so generously so that churches in Poland will grow and reproduce. Thank you, PCM Board!

LUBLIN OUTREACH

The Hosanna church in Lublin has been faithfully ministering to people on the streets of their city. Aware of the great needs, they have invited the homeless to their church building every Friday evening for worship, prayer, and a food package. They are regularly hosting 120 homeless each week. Praise God for this ministry!
(See “Prayer Requests” for how you can help.)

COLLEGE PARK

One of PCM’s faithful supporting churches is the College Park Christian Church in Normal, IL. Brent Salm and the congregation are pursuing more ways to effectively reach out to their community as well as to make an impact globally. We are thankful for their partnership and look forward to future opportunities to serve together in Poland.

C. WAYNE MURPHY MEMORIAL FUND

Funds donated in memory of Wayne Murphy are used to equip and train young Polish leaders for ministry in Poland. In 2017, 32 scholarships were provided for students to attend the Christian school of music. If you would like to give toward this fund, please make checks payable to Polish Christian Ministries with “C. Wayne Murphy Fund” in the memo.

Building Projects Fund

As of November 30, PCM has received $83,621 toward our targeted amount of $175,000 in our building projects fund. These funds go toward building and renovation projects currently underway in our Polish churches.

Please join us in praying and consider making a year end donation so the needed funds will be in hand by the end of 2018. We are thankful for the growth occurring in several of our churches. We trust God to provide so that His church will continue to grow and reach out to the people of Poland.
