Lifeline Christian Mission
One thing worth saving
In the midst of the devastation, what would you save?
One month ago, Hurricane Matthew ripped through southwestern Haiti, leaving behind destroyed homes, flooded villages, flattened crops, and uprooted trees. Although Lifeline’s main campus at Grand Goave suffered little damage, our outlying schools and churches were severely damaged and many families lost their homes.

Our first relief team journeyed to Torbeck, our southernmost church and school community. Although there was much work to do, there were many instances where they were overwhelmed by the loss.

One moment stands out…

put your love in action
The families in Haiti still need your help, as they rebuild their lives following the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew. Food is a critical need until they can reestablish their food sources and livelihoods.

You can help meet this need when you work side-by-side with others from the community to package nutritious meals to be shipped to these families in Haiti.

ministry highlights
LIFEhouse - a Christian church
Arizona
LIFEhouse Christian Church, our church relaunch, is off and running!  Pastor Brad is leading the church through a series that culminates with the launch of Celebrate Recovery.  It is exciting to see the church growing and coming together, as God is moving.
Cuba
Cuba
Valley View Christian (Colorado) & Faith Christian (Ohio) churches traveled to Cuba to meet their sponsored house churches for the first time!  The team is also conducting leadership training, visiting a children’s home, and discussing strategy for hurricane relief efforts, as we continue developing Lifeline’s role and relationship with our ministry partners in Cuba.

Haitian
Haiti
Port Salut in southern Haiti took a direct hit from Hurricane Matthew and a sense of hopelessness has fallen over this coastal town. Please lift these people up: that His light would pierce the darkness to provide hope for this Haitian community. Pray for Lifeline, too, as we partner to assist a local ministry and the community.

baptisms
El Salvador & Guatemala
Lives are being transformed, as Christ is changing hearts!  Please pray for these new believers who were recently baptized: Alexander, Luis, Glenda, Teresa, Vicente, Dalia, Shirley and Flor.

kids eating meals
Honduras
Thank you, Richwood Church of Christ (Ohio), for packing and shipping nutritious, rice based meals to families in Honduras. These families are grateful! Pastor Hernan shares, “Thank you. This food is a blessing to my church!”
volunteers
United States
We have the best volunteers!  Our last official group served at our Cassady warehouse, and we are excited to now have our volunteers serving at our warehouse connected to our ministry centre!
