When you partner with Lifeline to stretch your global reach, you never know where God will lead. Westerville Christian Church (Ohio) partnered with Lifeline to pack food and ship it to their missionary partner in Zimbabwe. Today, our tour guide today, Dereck, takes us into the Mushayamunda village. He writes:

Arizona: Navajo Nation

Many have benefited from our rice-based food locally: food banks, churches and families on the Reservation have received extra food from events. We hope to work with local businesses to continue packing and providing opportunities for people on the Reservation through these events.

Arizona: Navajo Nation

Brian and Barb, some of our staff serving Navajo Nation, help lead our food packing events in Arizona, California and Texas. It’s created a great way to share about the ministry among the Navajo.

El Salvador

Hundreds of people have received food bags, school supplies and clothes to help their families. In these places, people earn $60 to $90 dollars each month, which is impossible to support a family. Packing & sending food helps hundreds of people each year have a better life.

Haiti

What a difference a meal makes! Hundreds of infants, toddlers, students, and families have full bellies each day because you packed a meal or donated a jar of peanut butter. Students can focus on learning in school and children are growing physically and developmentally.

Honduras

Our churches and schools have a heart to give back and minister to their communities. They would love to receive packets of the rice-based food to share with the poorest in their communities. Could you help?

It’s been fun to see the food packing events that you create. A few examples: a church packed food as part of a Superbowl party, a church packed a million meals in a weekend, and a small group of ladies packed 5,000 meals.
