2017 Exhibitor Registration Opens Online Monday, December 12th @ 12 pm Noon EST.

Here are some things you need to know before you register!

  1. Look at the exhibit hall map FIRST! Be sure to look over the map before you get online to register. We ALWAYS recommend to purchase your booth on the day we open! Each year, 2/3 of the booths are sold  by Christmas. Booths are sold on a first come first serve basis. We also recommend having a few different options of spaces you want just in case the one you were looking at is taken already.
  2. Purchasing multiple booths? I have included a set of instructions at the bottom under the “Purchasing Multiple Booths Instructions” header. Once you get to the exhibitor map to select your spaces, we have a handy button in the top left corner (above the exhibitor index) that says “Purchase Multiple Booths”. Use that if you are buying 2 or more booths. It will help you avoid having to check out one booth at a time and someone grabbing the booth you were planning to buy! This is such an important feature to take advantage of if you are wanting more than 1 booth. I recommend to have your spaces picked out so when you open the map you can see if they are available and then do the purchase multiple booths option.
  3. If you are planning to sell something, there is now an option to add on sales for $100. It’s no longer a booth type. Be looking for it when you are going through the online registration!
  4. Move-In Times Have Changed! We want to thank our exhibitors for their feedback and suggestions following the conference. This year, it was brought up that it would be nice to have more time to move in on Wednesday and to open the hall to the public earlier on Thursday. We have heard those suggestions & have altered our move in times starting in 2017. On Wednesday, you will be able to move in from 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm and for Thursday, your move in times are 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. The exhibit hall will open at 3 pm! This is also when adult registration opens. You’ll see these changes updated in the exhibitor packet in the next section.
Documents to Look Over Before December 12th

For those of you who exhibited with us in Lexington, these are the same documents you received when you checked in! The packet below has the updated times from point 4 in the previous section.
Purchasing Multiple Booths Instructions: Make sure the booths you want are available. Click on the circled button in the top left corner (picture 1). Put in the amount of booths you want to buy (picture 2). Lastly, put in the booth numbers you want to purchase (picture 3). Once you do this, it’ll take you to the normal registration screens to check out as normal. You’ll pay for all your booths at the same time.
